  • Immediately notify the Bank of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Log out of your account at the end of each session.
    The Bank is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations.
  • Use the Site to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Bank.

All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of The First National Bank of Okawville and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The First National Bank of Okawville shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Illinois.
 

8. Usage of Cookies on our Website

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

10. How Long We Retain Your Activity Data From Our Website Interactions

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
