Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Notice
Under the Federal Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) evaluates our record of helping to meet the credit needs of this community, consistent with safe and sound operation. The OCC also takes this record into account when considering our applications for certain offices, applications to merge with or acquire another institution, and applications for companies to become bank holding companies.
