In 1920, Mr. Frank organized The First National Bank of Okawville as a stock company with 37 stockholders. The bank was relocated "downtown" at the corner of Front Street and Walnut Street. The bank grew in that location along with the surrounding community for 60 years. In May of 1980, it moved to its present location at 203 East Walnut.

In 1922, John F. Frank's son, W.G Frank, was appointed bank president and served for 32 years. Upon his death in 1954, W.G. Frank's son, William G. Frank, assumed the position as bank president and also served for 32 years. In August 1986, William G. Frank became the Chairman of the Board. At that time, Dennis J. Hesker became the bank's fourth president. In 2017 Dennis J. Hesker retired after having served the bank for 42 years. Currently, David R. Rennegarbe is the bank�s fifth president.
